Thread: Advice for medical xp?

Anyone have any good advice on how to get the medical xp quickly? My 6th tree is medical and with the cap so low I am trying to figure out an efficient way to do this, any of you medical grinding folks have a suggestion?

need a friend, both of you sit in the village.
your friend is either a master dancer (or musician?) or has a pet. buff their action ONLY. then start healing them.
entertainer does band flourishes(no time wait) their action will drop super fast. or your friend with a pet will keep having it do tricks. either works fine. if you can't get one of those then a regular tumbler works with ranged support 2 key is to be in the village.. med xp cap is low so you need to be their to exchange it

lol... well if you want to grind it fast... heres what you need to do.
1. get doctor 0240
2. buy 89 use buff packs, and try to find some that are cheap. you going to be waisting all of them anyway...
3. find a friend with a pet
4.have your friend call the pet, buff it, have him store it, and then call it again. repeat till caped
by far the best way to do it. IMO

Can you call your own pet??? I have one...
You can, but if you're not a creature handler, you're screwed because can't call your med droid.

well what if I did the buffing in a player hospital??? that way I wouldn't nee the droid...

I was thinking about trying the Kill/Rez/Kill/Rez etc. Method on my friend. Has this worked out to be a good way to anyone else?

If you want to use your own pet to buff for exp. Try building a camp somewhere near the village. You can buff in a camp without a droid.

I have done all the math to use this way you have to ask your self do I want to do this the fastest and cheapest way possible. If you answer yes then this will work if not the the pet/trick works well but I noticed you need to have the pet owner on some mind food or they will use up to much mind doing the pet trick. Maybe this is only because I tried it with my alt and she is stat migrated for entertainer with high action secondaries. I never tried this with a toon that has low action and high mind so. Other then that this technic is effective and in exspensive.
I have found that DB/rez is by far the most productive way. It is faster and the cheapest. You need 0400 to rez a player but it is well worth it check my numbers
I can make rez packs real easy in a factory with regular liquids and adv bios. If you buy them most doctors sell them for 2500 with 32 uses.
So getting an average of 750xp per rez (750x32=22400xp) per pack (22400/2500=8.96xp) per credit
You can cap 80k xpo with my macro in 6-7 minutes. getting 750 xp every 4-5 seconds
Buffing a pet WITHOUT bivloli because of cost will get you 1100xp per buf. I sell my buf packs on average for 25k a pack
But say you get a deal and get buff packs with 30 uses for 15k a pack
So 1100x30=32000 per pack so 32000/15000= 2.1xp per credit. IF you pay regular price for buff packs you talking 1.28xp per credit
Also for a speed factor I mentioned 6-7 minutes a cap thats an average of 750xp every 4-5 seconds
IF while buffing your not on halva your buffing every 17seconds for 1100xp each time takeing you 20 minutes to cap

I am a 4-4-0-4 Combat medic and novice doctor and Master Rifleman. My way of getting medical exp is shooting a lair (with a non area attack) and then spamming poisons until i cap, (usually in about 10minutes). The way i was going to do my medical-FS exp was to finish of my area poisons, then drop CM to do Doc 0400 so i can heal rez. Would this be worthwhile, or should I carry on using area poisons? Has anyone compared both methods?

Get a friend.. kill him/her then rez them.. Rinse and repeat.
