Why people feel that they should be spoon fed everything drives me crazy.

Amen to that, man. If one person could figure it all out and write a guide, I have full faith that everyone can figure it out to some capacity.
And, as a side note, I thought the stickied guide was rather good.
No, I cant see what killing a million things has to do with your abiltiy to make a camp or mask scent. Plus, your not "using your profession" your abusing it.

Oh and the "GRIND" as you are calling it... is going out with the professions of your choice and using them. Not much of a grind in my sense. want to change a prof? Go for it.

Im sorry you were offended, my point was that the devolper didn't say diddly squat about it. I was not trying to insult the person who wrote the guide. But even after reading thedarn thing,I had no idea what I was supposed to do. Run around talking to NPCs in the village trying to find out -they dont tell you much. Check knowledge base, no help. Check forums, some help, but not very clear.
I guess you would call it spoon feeding when someone told taught you how to tie your shoes.I mean, eventually you couldhave figured it out on your own, right?
Its amazing how uncommon it is for anyone to respond in these forums with any helpful information. Thank you for those who did. The rest of you can choke on yout on flames. They were not requested and certainly help nothing but your own ego.

OK, I'm trying to fighure this nonsense out. The guide is not really clear about how the vilalge works. So I go and convert all my exp and get enough for novice block of sense and learn it. But the quest I took was from whip. Well, that unlocks a differnt line. So now I have to grind for novice reflex, then grind for survival 1, then 2 and so on. Now if I dont get done before phase changes, am i jsut up a creek? Can i not work on that line any more? And if I start a new line in phase two, does that mean I cant do my phase 1 unlock?
Thisis an insane design anyway. I thought the revamp was suposed to get rid of the grind in lue of other activities, not make it worse.

Yes, Sorry, you have to get the right type of XP to convert. What does convert for what and the rates are in the guide. You don't have to finish the branch by the time you unlock another, it works fine.

But I am not a doctor so I could not work in senses line in phase 1. The quest I took was from Whip instread, sinceI was scout and ranger.Seems survival line fits me.Well, that unlocks a different line and all my scouting and survival exp applied to senses, while I have to grind combat exp to get survival Jedi skills.
Anyway, so now I have to grind for novice reflexes, then grind for survival 1, then 2 and so on. Do i do a quest after i acheive survival 1? Now if I dont get done before phase changes, amI just up a creek? Can I not work on that line any more after phase change? And if I start a new line in phase two, does that mean I cant do my phase 1 unlock any more?

Sorry but you cant expect anything but flames if you come out flaming. By saying that someones work "aint' good enough is flaming. Don't expect anything different back.
