The very minimum for someone with no free unlocks is 15 weeks 1 day, 6 phases at 3 weeks each, but if you bank enough XP by the start of the 6th phase you can unlock on day one on your sixth phase.

Well with no unlocks, it will take you a little more than 18 weeks to unlock the branches. If you max xp(weapon xp)once a night you will be able to finish a tree in one day before each shift. So earliest 18 weeks with no unlocks.
