Thread: Phase 4 quest from captain not starting

I am not able to start the phase 4 quest. I talk to the captain and he says go get some r&r. Other people have been having the same problem. I need help to get this quest started. I dont want to have to wait another phase. Thanks,Sus

Did you try getting the quest again right after? I had that on another phase, then I conversed with them again and they started babbling about the quest correctly. If you are still stuck, sorry to hear that. Definitely frustrating.
