Ok, I've completed the Phase 4 Crafting (Repair) quest and Paemos now tells me the Repair Tree is unlocked.

Two problems still remain.

First off my Quest Log says the quest is not complete, but the engineer wont talk to me, the gadget specialist is gone, I can't take another quest and since paemos says I can learn repair (never did this branch before) it must be complete.

Second problem, and the reason I post this: I got NO reward.

I ticket'd this issue to the CSRs and my first ticket was deleted with no answer. The second ticket I made I received the answer that you don't get any reward until the phase ends and only if you did the best job (and the CSR procedeed to close this ticket so I could not reply to it)......I believe that is for the Phase 3 experiment quest is it not?

If i remember correctly you should have got scuplture part 2/4, but its been 3 months since i did this so i could be wrong.

for your problem with the quest log, ive had that damn thing flashing for 3 months now good ol' "talk to the gadget specialist" bug...

and that CSR response does sound like some idiot talking about phases 2 and 3

but on the bright side, your not really missing much...

Well, though I'm not concerned about unlocking Jedi, I am a collector and have an Art Gallery on Flurry where I display items I've collected.

I got the reward just fine a couple days ago. Right after talking to the chief engineer at the end of the quest,the reward (Aurilian sculpture piece)simply appeared in my inventory, witha message like "And here'ssomething in returnfor your service." Idon't mean to be patronizing by asking, but have you checked your inventory carefully? If it's not there, I wonder if your inventory was full at the timeor something. SOE never tests things like this, you know.

TheCSR who told you about waiting til the end of the phase was wrong and was getting this phase confused with phases 2 and 3.

7 items in my inventory when the mission was completed and no, it's definitly not there.

Latest reply from CSR is "sorry, we can't do anything about this problem, please /bug the issue and include as much info as possible" -- guess I'm completely S.O.L. - thanks again SOE for your awesome customer service.
