Whats the best way a Pistoller and BH can collect XP to start the grinding of my little wittle boxes.
i just see 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stormtroopers lying in blood to get one box
do i need to go commando for combat XP? i have the unarmed iv, so can pick up commando if needed.

Grab a geo pistol for the stun dmg and kill 184 stormtroopers while grouped with a friend for the xp increase, you can easily cap your pistol xp at 900k in one buff session spamming fan shot on dozens of stormies for 4,902 pistol xp per kill. Ungrouped they are 3,906 where I go. Also, you can gain 3,128 fp from them as well for a 1/1 swap at Paemos, along with your 90k combat xp from the pistol shooting spree.

Grind on Savage Quekners on Dant. They don't DB and if you're solo grouped with a large group, the lairs will give you over a dozen mobs at 4k per kill. These lairs are the best to grind because the spawn is consistant, only savagaes and babies. Other lairs, like Hurton Stalkers, will also spawn regular Hurtons, Hurton pups, and babies, from which you get very little xp.

As a bounty hunter, my favorite grind targets are the ones with Vulnerability to the damage type of one or more of my main weapons. I also like to avoid creatures that dish out poison or disease. The formula gets a bit more complicated if you're looking for creatures with vulnerability or low resists to two characters' different weapons, but the "Advanced Search" function on swgcreatures.com can help. A quick look confirms that savage quenkers would be a good choice for you both.
Here's a breakdown of some of my own favorites. Note that I can pull level-48 missions with two pets and a combat droid pulled and grouped with me, and I can assume that you two will be able to pull similar-level missions when paired up.
THUNES (Thune, Thune Herd Leader, Hostile Thune Mother)
- Dantooine; 3-4 adults per spawn, 21,200 credits at an enhanced mission terminal
- Worth about 4100 Pistols XPor 3100 LLC xp per creature; babies are rare, averaging 1 baby every two to three lairs
- Key Resistances: Energy-- 55-60% for Thune Herd Leaders and Thune Mothers; Leaders have light armor
- Key Vulnerabilities: Acid, Lightning, Stun, Blast
- Special Attacks: Intimidate (Thunes), Blind (Mothers), Dizzy/Cripple (Herd Leaders)
- Tactics: Thunes have a fairly complex social AI pattern. Leaders and Mothers will pretty much always rush to each other's defense, but are less quick to defend the ordinary Thunes. However, the regular Thunes will aid Leaders and Mothers. Best approach is to pick off isolated Thunes first, to reduce the odds when engaging Mother/Leader pairs. These can be a pain to kill if the entire herd is beating on you and applying four different state changes.
- Added Value: Large Herbivore Meat (doc buffs!) and Wooly Hide (for Wookiee armor) drops!
RANCORS (Rancor, Rancor Youth, Gnarled Rancor)
- Dathomir, one of each type per spawn. Typically three total. Missions worth18,200 credits
- Worth about 4100 Pistols XP. Typically, one baby will show up every other lair or so.
- Key Resistances: Electricity-- 50-60% for rancors and gnarled rancorsand 100% for rancor youths! Energyresistanceis also on the high side: 30-60%
- Key Vulnerabilities: Acid, Blast, and Stun. Youths are tough all-around, but their resistance to these three damage types is 30%. Rancors and Gnarled Rancors are 100% vulnerable to them. All have light armor.
- Special Attacks: Stun/Intimidate (Rancors), Knockdown (Gnarled), Knockdown/Open Wounds (Youths)
- Tactics: All rancors are highly aggressive. If you fight one, chances are all within range will join the fight. They can be "pulled" individually, if one is willing to wait for them to become separated.
- Added Value: Large Carnivore Meat and Leathery Hide drops; occasional special ingredients when looted
SUREFOOT BRACKASETS
- Dathomir, four per spawn. 17,800 credits
- Worth about 3200 LLC xp or 4100 Pistols xp. Babies are common, often 1 or 2 per lair.
- Key Resists: Kin/Blast: 60%; Energy:55%; Stun: 80%. No armor.
- Key Vulnerabilities: Electricity, Acid
- Special Attacks: Stun, Cripple
- Tactics: Non-aggressive, but highly social. You can stand in their midst with no problems, but once you start to attack, they tend to zerg you. Posture-Down attacks aren't a big deal since they don't have Dizzy, but you'll want to stand back up quickly. Will not deathblow.
- Added Value: Leathery Hide and Wild Meat drops.
CRAGGY BOLMAS
- Dathomir, two per spawn. 18,200 credits
- Worth about 3200 LLC or 4100 Pistols XP. Babies are uncommon, maybe one for every four lairs.
- Key Resists: Kin: 25%, Energy: 40%. Light armor.
- Key Vulnerabilities: Everything else.
- Special Attacks: None
- Tactics: Big HAMs, but they go down fast.
- Added Value: Big Leathery Hide drops.
