Thread: Explain how... FS works

ok ok, force sensitives righ.t..they get taught the force and how to use it


they are teaching us in the village how to...umm have a connection with the force and how to passively do it and whatnot and be like anakin was... before the training


but we already have that...we are force sensitive and they are teaching us to become...force sensitive to use to force as jedi later on?


my question is... if we have... the connection to the force already, why are we learning to drive things faster...why dont they teach us to use it..if we have the connection already... they should just..teach us how to use it right?


i mean.they got anakin as FS then they taught him the force..i mean thats how it goes..but..why.. err ... can someone explain it to me?


let me explain what i am confused,...it is.. we go FS-> we learn how to be..FS even though we should have this innate sense and do what the FS village teaches us - >then we learn the force as a jedi once..we...have a connection to it?



**edit** that was a bad explanation, let me try again: We are sensitive to the force, and then we go to the village and learn hwo to be sensitive to the force and do things which we should already be doing , get jedi later and learn..the force.. shouldnt we be... Get force sensitive and learn how to use it? not get force sensitive and learn how to sense it..right? we should know that already...

As the great Jedi Knight Yoda once said "Control, Control! you must learn control."


That is my take on it anyway. The villiage, imo (and I could be totally wrong, and you could have said this and I misunderstood), is teaching us how to control and use the force. As you stated we are already FS when we get there, meaing we feel this weird sensation and sometimes are able to do something miraculous but dont understand it fully or how to control it. that is my take on what FS does. If I have stated the obvious or told you something you already know I apologize. Please feel free to correct me as I have no idea what I am talking about here

hehe, my friend tried explaining FS and he said its just when you are sensitive to the force, but you have no control over it


the Village should be teaching us to use it, and become half-jedi thingies with..out...lightsabers? anyway, we should be learning the force, but currently i think its not teaching us to control it (we do everything passively).


i wish we could control it


or use it...


/sigh it just got me really really confused.. i really shouldnt think about it...because.. uhh

We should be learning differently and yes it is confusing. Like I said before I am not really sure the actualities of it but making do none the less!
