you cannot.Only way to is to finish all 6 branches (24) boxes and fill/train a 7th then drop one.

Actually you can surrender your FS skills. As long as you don't have Mel's quest under your belt and have acheived Padawan status. I know because I surrendered all of mine at one point.

Why would you want to? The skills are there to enhance your non-jedi skills anyway.

You would want to surrender the FS skills if you decide at some point you want to change the base professions of your character, and you need the skill points back to make the change to your new template.
The sucky part of droppng FS skills is you also dump the XP too (which differed from dumping normal skill boxes.
If you get 24 boxes of FS and you dump them all, you dump millions of XP along with them.
Taking that step to Padawan after you fill those FS boxes IS a huge step because you cant go back , so I imagine some folks will get cold feet once they are faced with that decision (once you cross that line, you enter a whole new type of SWG.)

Have any Jedi tried to drop the skills, or are they unable to drop them?
