Does anyone have a good way of grinding FS xp under the new CU system? Any help would be greatly appreciate it

Pick a template where you can max 3 weapon types and start grouping. You're not going to get experience anywhere near as fast as you could with grenade grinding, but it's still pretty fast if you're in a good group. You can get about 200k FS every 4 hours or so if you're in a good group that doesn't bail on you after each conversion. The problem I have is finding a group in the first place. I'm a casual gamer, only play about 2-3 hours every few days, so I spend half my time online trying to find a group (thanks to all the people who quit over the CU). If I'm lucky enough to find one I can usually come close to capping 1 of my weapons before having to log.
