18 combat xp caps = unlock.
Thats currently the fastest way. (as far i know.)

The problem you're going to have is finding a group that will allow you to do nothing but throw grenades and aggro the entire lair.

What I like to do is go within 30m of a bol and being 40m away from any other creature I can nade the bol without agro.... I'm not sure if this is a bug but it works for me even when the bol I'm nading is next to the lair. I just have to be far away from lair as if the nade radius is comming from my position rather than where it is landing....
Also you can make good use of burst run (with food) and get away from group agro and if you do fail its alright to be incapped twice.

I thought the grenade thing didnt work anymore? Are you sure that it still works post-CU?

if you dont want to do the nade thing, i suggest going ranger. You get ranger 0040 along with your elite prof of choice. harvest every kill and you get about 4.5k scouting xp and the conversion is 8 to 1 you get a tons of fs xp. get three force senses and three of either cobat or reflexes. Not only does this cut your grind in half, but groups wont get mad at you for nading. also, it is a great source of extra cash especially if you get teh right resource.
