Thread: phase done but confused about cap

Go to Noldan. See if he'll train you in the skill you just unlocked. I'm paranoid of the bugs, so I've taken the bottom skill of each tree I've unlocked just to be sure. Not necessary, but my template is fine with the 6 FS skill points I used up to do this. Better to be safe than sorry IMO.

i talked to the capatin to pick up this phase like normal, i got half what i needed in the first spawn of them i had, i talked to cap and he said nice work go get some R&R and i just thought crazy captain and carried on killing them at the village, in the next spawn i killed what i needed, but afterwoods once i talked to the cap he said i understand you are working for some one else atm come back when ur free. i havnt got any other quest at the moment so i was confused. In my quest pad it shows as it has been done, like all the stuff for this phase checked off, so i am thinking that i have the phase done amjust asking here to get it comfermd that i have done even tho the caps says i have to much stuff on my plate.
please reply if you can help ^^

No i can not learn the skill in anyway or form, i have got enough skill for it, peamos says i can learn the same skills as beofre and the trainer guy isint letting me learn it etheir

Me and a buddy just finished this phase about a week ago and had the same issue with the Capt. From what I have read alot of people are having the same problem. It appears almost everyone gets the message from the capt that they have something else on their plate and some people are actually getting credit for completing the mission and some are not. I have not read if there is a work around or anything but I would definitely /bug it and maybe even try to contact a CSR though I don't think there is anything they can do either. My buddy and I got credit for it, I hope youdo as well, I know that is a tough mission. 
Also check your quest journal and see if the quest is checked off, if it is then you should have gotten credit for the mission and I would open a ticket, if not then go the route of talking to CSR and /bug it.

lol i already got noivce in relfexes am 3-0-0-0 so thats wont be the problem

i have the same problem. finished the quest, but the capt giving me the same message that you recieved. i got over 1.4 mil xp for the branch already, but thanks to this BUG i cant use it.

This might sounds like over kill by asking this question but the mistake I made was in getting the wrong fs xp type during xp conversion. Did you convert your; combat, weapon type xp into enhanced reflex xp?
So if you check your stats with ctrl s, you have at least 50000 point in enhanced reflexes ex so Nolan can teach you novice, If not that’s why you can’t learn the skill, combat fs xp won’t do the trick or any other fs type, it must be enhanced reflex xp.
