I am trying to figure out who do I talk to what phase in order to unlock the persuation line in Senses?

Just curious, what's so great about the "Persuation" boxes that would make you want them?
The description says it's a jedi mind trick to get better prices on skill training. To a person grinding jedi who's most likely already double-master and doesn't have to count his pennies, what possible use could +5 - +20 in Persuation be?

hehe, I am double master, and I have to count my pennies... hey, if I can save some credits here and there, that would be great.

urm... same reason I'm Master Heightened Sences... wish I knew that reason though.
I kinda just like the idea of being Master Heightened Sences and the idea that Persuasion is a very Jedi-like skill to have.
