Wow...easy...
The phase shift is after 21 days of server UP-time, which means, we may not see a shift just yet today.
If it would be just 21 days real time, then yes...we would have a shift.
Don't get your hopes up too high. I wish they'd shift today, but with downtimes in the past 21 days, I rather doubt it.

double xp is next weekend starts the 28th though the 5th. unless im miss informed

its not on any of the servers ive checked and the csr's need to get a calender and look at the front page of the stupid website everyday. So if it doesnt go in with todays downtime then i guess they should have not said the 25.
5 dollars says the servers all get dropped soon.
