you do whip's quest on phase 2, in which he tells you to go to endor and you have to go to the waypoint, basically just fly up in your speeder and tap the ship when you find it in the general area aroudn the waypoint, and then fly back to the outpost, shuttle back to corellia, back to dathomir, back to the village to give the "supplies" that you received from tapping the ship to whip. Talk to whip again and he tells you to go back to endor and do the whole process again. You do the whole process like 6 times and then he unlocks the vehicular control branch and gives you the health buff focusing crystal that can be used every 3 days.

The azure flame, it burns on until it becomes a star.
