I finished Whip's quest and got the crystal and figured I would unlock Enhanced Reflexes but it never showed up on my skills page. Did I do something wrong? I wanted to work on the vehicle control branch but I can't even see it. What do I do?

Whip's quest during phase 2 is to unlock 'Vehicular Control' which is in the enhanced senses tree. If you don't see that section, make sure you trained 'Novice Enhanced Senses' with Noldan first.

Vehicular Control is actually in the Enhanced Reflexes Tree, not Senses. But you do have to have the Novice Box trained before Naldan will acknowledge you and let you train any of the branches.

Also, you have to remember that you need to convert your xp to Senses XP, not Combat XP, for all Enhanced Reflex skills. I forgot about this after I did the Melee Speed Quest and wondered why I couldn't talk to Noldan about it.

Well I did the same thing. I put my Xp in the wrong place

Once I put them in the Reflexes tree I was able to train. I guess I stayed up too late doing Whip's quest! Or too much Dr. Pepper and Hot Tamales! Oh well thanks guys for the help...
