According to the updated "go glowy" guide you can get 4 content badges doing the new character quests given by Treyla in Mos Eisley.
Yesterday I completed all her quests ... no badges. Tried relogging, and tried waiting 24 hours ... no badges.
Someone told me you need to continue, and do the Mayor's quests as well. So did them too ... no badges.
Has this happened to anyone else? Or any ideas or advice ?

You dont get any badges for doing the quests given by Treyla but you should have gotton 4 badges for doing the mayors quests.

I hear those quests are the easiest way to get glowy now....I did the Warren.

There's a point at which it's notquite obvious that you need to go back to see the Mayor after it seems all your quests are done -- if you don't go back for the last task or twoyou don't get the badges. Check your quest journal and the quest notes in the Game Guides forum. You're not done with the Mayor until he asks you to run quests for his buddy in Bestine (?).
