Okay..so i only did the 10 required patrols for phase 1 and unlocked my branch. I went back later and all im getting is a "we don't need you right now" from him? Doyou only have one shot to do all 20 patrols, or is something fishy going on?

That happen to me too.Try totalk to him but he just walk away from me /lol.So i said what in the hell is going on here.I talk to some of the player in the village about it they toll me to tryagain in a few day so i did that and it work.Now i have the banner it cool.

Yeah, happened to me as well, I waited a few days and went back. I was able to do them at that point.
