Thread: Double XP period

Has anyone got any idea when we are going to have another double xp period as i think we could really use one for this fs grind. I get the feeling that as soon as i finish the grind they will have one and then i will be gutted

The grind isnt bad, it's just it seems long because maybe thats all you do? I admit i think it sucks and there should be a quicker way. However ill just be happy that im on my way on accomplishing it. Double XP week will help alot though =]

I'd be willing to bet that the only way they will introduce another double XP week is either if they make another major change to the game (i.e. on the scale of the CU), or if they manage to really screw something up (like have to roll back a server 2 or 3 days). Considering they're trying to control the Jedi population, I really doubt they will do anything soon to make it easier...

A) there should NOT be a quicker way. The grind is just that, a grind. It should NOT be easy, it should NOT be quick. You should be required to devote a lot of time b/c that's the way it is....


B) Double XP is not a good thing....

Double xp will be more useful as a young padawan. Since you go from getting 6000 xp/bol as a CL80 grinderto about 1000 xp/bol as a CL80 padawan. New padawans will be the most vulnerable from BH's, so pray they give double xp after you finish the paddy trials.



Other than that, I agree that it will probably never happen anyway.


*edit* and I agree that it shouldn't happen anyway. Jedi shouldn't be easy.

Double xp is what crippled this game, the MASSIVE influx of crappy whiny jedi who think cause they are jedi they should never lose, i would go back to CL1 to have all the double xp removed from the game, basically turn back time
