I think its the vehicle quest in phase 2 of the village. its a health crystal you can use every 3 days to buff your health 2000k

heh well i have 2 toons i can do phase 2 with, so i'll be able to get the crystal w/ 1 and unlock the skill i actually want w/ the other

Well good for you! 
I was actually curious how this would work. Can I bring a friend who has already done the quest and just get him to join me? Or, do I have to find someone who has to do the quest and hasnt previously.

that i'm not sure about, as i have never done this quest yet.

Unless you have problems killing the Sith and want to, you don't have to pair up to get the crystal, that is in phase 3....you get the mind buff crystal there. You also get a named color crystal for a saber that will be much appreciated once you make a saber.

Yes, it is tradeable. They go for 5 to 8 million on my server.

If the HEALTH Buff Crystal is Phase 2 of the village under the Vehicle Control misisons...in Phase 3, what missions (or who do you talk to) to get the MIND Buff Crystal??

anyone know if you can do this quest more than once?
i.e. i unlocked 6 months ago and completed this, will i be able to do it again now?

From what I understand, once you finish the quest and unlock it, then you can't take it ever again with that same character.
Also, the mind buff crystal, and named color crystal (is it still Sunrunner's Destiny, or will it be different?), are given from Captain Sarguillo in phase 3, if you partner up for the Melee Accuracy quest. Both of you must have the same quest, and you each must pick as different part to do (ie: one of you chooses the option to drop the shields, the other chooses to bring the commander back to the village).
