During the past 3 phases the Sith drop the resources: wind energy, endocrine ore, rudic ore, etc.... What is this stuff good for and who uses it, whats it worth, how much can U sell it for, etc..

All that stuff is for FS crafting missions.
Since they drop often they are not worth much. Like 3k a each maybe.
