just got the quest and now it seems one powercristal in in a house an i can't destroy it.
what can i do now?

Contact a CSR or if you happen to know the house owner or mayor of the city you can ask them if it can be redeeded so that you can get to your mission. We had that happen once but fortunately knew the Mayor of the city and he was able to come redeed the house so that we could complete the mission.

this happened on a quest i was helping my guild with......after lots of head scratching i whipped out my droid who squeezed into the wall and very very very slowly killed the crystal.
