I some how ended up w/ two disks from back to back attacks. I have an extra one sitting on a table in my house. I always wondered what would happen ifI traded it to someone at that stage of their quest. I wonder if the WP is randomly generated or if something gets assigned to it in the dbase upon creation.

Glad you found a solution! I had the same thing happen to me, but dropping it or putting it in a container didn't solve it. I just destroyed the disk and the sith came back a short time later.

After I got attacked by the (2) Sith Shadows, I looted a data disc. However, when I clicked to "Use" it, I received a message that stated, "You must first loot that object before extracting any information out ofit." What is that object that it is referring to?

Anyone?

I found my answer in the game. A friend told me that the data disc was bugged and for me to drop it into my backpack. Upon doing so, I received a message that my mission was completed and a new waypoint was given to me to go to their camp with was approximately 1.2km away.
