The sith are also a random time within usually 3 days.

Yeah, definitely within 3 days, is 1 day for most people.

more often than not they will come while loading(happened to me both times) so be ready to hear aggro music when shuttleing around

The Sith visited me maybe 4 or 5 hours after the old man.


They spawned and attacked me while I was checking on a factory.
