okay, I am sure I am going to feel silly after asking this question, but I need to know. I had a friend that logged in my toon and did the melee accurancy quest and traded in my regular XP for me for combat prowess.....he said I had like between 30-40000, not quite 50000 yet (but the novice box is green!) why when I am out grinding now it does not show my XP I am gaining? I have 3042 XP and the numbers are not changing when I am killing stuff? what gives? I cannot seem to keep track of how much I am gaining...

thanks,

The reason that you don't see any changes in your Force Sensitive xp number is because you have to convert regular xp (combat xp, pistols xp, carbines xp, etc.) into the actual Force Sensitive xp. The whole thing that makes the village so difficult to complete is all the traveling back and forth to the village. Depending on your template you can cap off a lot of xp before converting. For example, an old template I had was Master Rifleman/Bounty Hunter x444/Combat Medic 44xx.............this template let me cap pistol xp and carbine xp at 900k and cap rifles xp at 1.2mil xp. Also, I could convert my medical xp from Combat Medic when i capped off at 1.2mil xp.

You can also do a melee stacker template for the Force Sensitive grind. For instance, having a template similar to, Master Swordsman/Fencer x4x4/Teras Kasi xx4x/Pikeman x4xx..............or something along those lines would give you a combat xp cap at 300k and 4 other caps of 1.2mil.(pike xp, unarmed xp, 2-hand xp, 1-hand xp) Now, keep in mind that you will be driving out to the village a lot in order to convert this all to Force Sensitive xpand at the moment the conversion rate is 30:1, meaning for every 30 points of regular xp you convert it only equals 1 Force Sensitive point.

The village is a long and time consuming process to complete. I wish you best of luck. I hope this post helps a little bit. If I totally confused you let me know and I'll see what I can do to clear things up. Have a great day everyone!

Until next time........

I understand everything that you said but my problem seems to be that I am not getting ANY XP at all. After my friend did the melee accuracy quest for me (phase 3) he traded in all my XP for the senses and trained that (novice) then he also traded in for combat prowess but I did not have enough XP to train that novice yet (still need about 15000 to make the 50,000) so anyway, I decided to go out hunting last night and I watched very carefully (looking at my skills boxes) and none of the numbers changed, I am not close to being capped on any XP because he just traded it in for me.....so my main concern is that I am not getting any XP at all....I am hunting and my numbers are not changing....what should I do!!!! I need to figure out what's wrong!

thanks for your help!

Drum answered this question already. You do NOT get force xp by just killing things. You need to kill and then convert your weapon/combat xp into force xp. Then and ONLY then will your force xp move up.

If your problem is you are hunting and you are not getting any weapon or combat xp then that is another issue all together and you need to send in a ticket for that issue. We can't help with that.
