Are you talking FS xp or regular xp?

If you're talking FS xp it's probably not that you're not gaining it, it just won't start filling the boxes on your cntl-S screen until you've unlocked the branches it relates to so you could store up say a million FS combat xp but unless you do the quests to unlock the branches your FS boxes will look like they're empty. Once you unlock they'll be green like regular boxes go when you've got the xp to fill em.

i am not getting any XP at all. I am not talking about FS xp. I know you have to trade regular xp to get FS xp, I am saying that I am hunting and not getting anything at all!! cannot understand why?

Unfortunately there is no tip we can give you to help you earn xp. You are prolly bugged and need to let CSR know about it ASAP so that it can get fixed and you can get the grind finished. I hope everything works out.
