Force Sensitive Archive

After the Phase four bug being fixed by a CSR, none of the NPCs will talk with me in Phase one...

The CSR just made it so I can train in the phase four skill, but he didn't make the quest "finished" so now all the npcs think I already have a quest, anyone else have this issue?

Crappy part is, this is my last unlock, and I have all the exp
