What has changed about this quest? How does one complete it? Do you need to have certain skills or do you need to bring along a person with those skills?

I'd like to have this ability and I would be disappointed if it were locked to me.

You need to be able to experiment 92% in Aurillia.

I did this for all the 15, with Master Medic and Bio Engineer 0004.

I heard a lot of medics complain while I was there, so I'm guessing the BE is necessary.

Also, have alot of metal top-most quality and alot low-most quality. Same for flora.

Follow these simple guidelines and you should be fine.
