i just finished the falumpaset mission and traveles back to the quest giver..and sure enough she disappered..at dearic shuttleport.,so i shuttled to narmel and there she was.

so if your your quest giver is missing i would suggest to shuttle to another city on whatever planet your on and look around....hope it works for you.
