I submitted a ticket about this is there anything you guys can do...Also another csr in chat told me to submit a ticket ... now what?
My former server was eclipse and during the time there I grinded Master musician for The holo
I PAYED THE 30 dollars to switch to gorath were I was eagerly awaiting my free unlocks(because it said ALL experienceWOULD be transfered and I consider thisexperience)when I got FS...I did not get any unlocks when I went to the village /sigh*
If im needed to be online to do thisI amonly ONLINE weekends... Is there anything that can be done.........Im so bummed out

when were u told to grind the musician profession for the holo grind?
as far as i know the free unlocks have stopped since publish 10 i think it was!
am i wrong?
if im not wrong then it must have taken you a LONG time to grind musician!

I feel your pain man but honestly it was reported that no badges, no force sensitivity etc would transfer. BUT if all you did was 1 holo anyways then you likely would still get 0 free unlocks anyways. From what they said you had to have 4 holos done and 4 other master professions by guessing to get 6 unlocked or something like that. So you would have needed 2 or 3 holos for 1 free unlock. So you likely didn't miss anything there BUT you will have to get your badges all over again. I don't know what else to say but they did make this clear when they introduced this.

YES THIS WAS PRE PATCH

Yes I did this a long time ago
And I just started deciding to go jedi again

I also mastered about 5 other proffesions on that character... Its just 1 that was told to me ...........For all I know I could have been jedi if I mastered novice brawler for all i know

True but there are what? 32 professions so for all you know you had only the 1 of them. CSR's also do not even look here on the forums. I know how frustrated you are but if anything you should be glad you didn't have 5 free unlocks then transferred over and lost em all. Honestly from what they said about toon transfers was that you will not get your free locks if you had any transferred over. I could be wrong but I seriouslly don't think the holo credit transferred over. If it did and let's say you only did 1 holo and the other 4 or 5 you mastered weren't flagged anyways as a secret profession then you wouldn't have gotten a free unlock anyways. I'm sorry this happened but there is nothing you can do. All you can do is submit a csr ticket as they will not look here at all nor post.
