few ways really
get commando 4xxx and use grenades preferabbly thermals or imp dets for speed. that will give you pure combat xp at a 3:1 turn in ratio.
master 2 eliter melee professions and cap them both out in a buff session and just trade in.

ya ok do comando the grenade tree for sure becuase i have been able to get 400k combat xp in one buff sesh

kill random giant baz nitch lair spawns- up till recently they gave 5k xp a kill and 30 atleast spawned per lair or kill the creatures right before the fog on your way to the village there arew crazy spawns there i got 2 million weapons xp in a little over 4.5 hours which is like 140k fs xp -weapons and combat

I'm going to do the 4 combat branches and 2 others to complete the village.
Now, what's the fastest way to grind the FS combat xp and for the other 2 I think I'll use medic xp.
I am TKM/Master Fencer/Master Brawler/Medic 22xx
Where should I go/what should I do to get my xp capped as fast as possible?

if I were you i'd drop down to novice brawler and just kill meatlumps, they are great experience. For medic experience, craft a bunch of stimpack a's and hit the cantinas to heal etnertainers, that's crazy xp there.
in all seriousness, there's tons of posts already here that answer everything you could possibly want to know and i think most of the people here are tired of retyping what has been saida billion times over. Just go out and kill whatever you like to kill, no matter what you pick you will have to kill 20,000 to 40,000 of them to complete the village grind.
