Sorry, this isn't clear to me even after reading the stickies...

I only have 1 more branch to "unlock" and complete. Once I get the quest, complete it, and unlock that branch...can I grind FS exp and fill those 4 boxes at my own pace? Or must I grind enough FS exp to fill those 4 boxes before the village shifts to the next phase.

As I don't need to get anymore quests after I complete this branch, I'm wondering if that means I can fill the FS exp boxes over a period longer than 3 weeks.

once unlocked the skill is yours to keep, you can take 3 months before filling it
