Thread: phase 3 crystal quality?

i got the teal crystal when i completed the melee accuracy quest. i havent been able to get it checked so....anyone know what quality it is? or is it random?

As far as i know it's a color crystal not damage, so it doesn't have stats.

it does not have stats just condition
