WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GRIND?

My current situation is I am merchant 0002 (I need to keep), Doctor 4000, Master Rifleman (I need to To Keep), and Novice Brawler. With the merchant I bring in 10k in points a day automatically though my vendors, with thedoctor I just heal and turn in points, is there another way to grind faster or cheaper that is as effective?

Anyone?

The skills that convert to Heightened Senses are the "support" skills: Doc/Medic, Entertainer/Dancer/Musician, Scout/Ranger, and Creature Handler. I've seen a lot of docs giving out free buffs for fast Doc xp. It's funny when you see an Imperial and a Rebel doc buffing side-by-side in Coronet, that's for sure!

I'd always thought a good way to generate medical XP was to hang out in a starport like Theed and offer free wound healing to wounded pilots. For me, I get a lot of Creature Handling xp hunting rancor lairs with a bioengineered lvl-32 razor cat with light armor and 60% Kinetic resistance.
