No, that's a completely false rumour. However, come Rage of the Wookies, you will be able to get your own cybernetic enhancements.

these cybernetic ligaments will now be the "new" MANDO ARMOR or JETPACK how does one get these cybernetic parts?? I saw a pic put out from the expansion and the entire species has both arms and legs cybernetic. LOL i dont think we should have them

I foresee a cybernetic race available on the Character creation screen who's immune to Diseases, Poisons and Dots of all kinds. =D Maybe even states ^_^
