I've been an MCM for a few months now. I can cap med xp in about 5 min throwing area poisons but the low cap of 80k=8k FS xp is driving me nuts. Just way too monotonous. Doc has the same problem.

As a way of speeding things up I was thinking of taking up scout and BE and keeping some medic.

This way I'll be able to trade in Scouting xp, trapping, survival, DNA sampling at more favourable conversion rates as well as the medical xp.

Anyone who tried it know if this would be faster?

I'm doing a sense tree with MCH and novice ranger. My scout XP caps at 8000 too, but I have to assume that you can cap your CM way quicker. Survival gives a decent conversion, but they did something to camps recently which makes it take longer to get that 1000 xp from a hq camp. I stopped using traps for conversion because it's just too onerous. I suppose if you did it all it would add up, but I don't think it would be quicker. But that's just a guess.
