Thread: The Sith Encampment.. bugged?

The old man visited me, oh id say about 2 weeks ago, and last week I ventured out of the city far enough to get attacked by the Sith for the first time, all this time I was deep into JTL as a returning player, and still very much am, but I'm going to do jedi on the side. So, I get the datapad from the first sith attack, and go to the waypoint it gave me, upon arriving I was brutally attacked by none other then.... kreetles.. like 6 of them guarding thier nest which was right next to my wp. No sith camp no sith.. I'm completely screwed atm, I cannot go anyfurther in my jedi grind.
Is this a known bug? or did the kreetles eat my sith and I'm an untrained wielder of the force for all eternity, help someone please.
note: I've sent in a ticket, waited 6 hours with no response.

Yep best thing you can do right now is report it as a bug, then wait two weeks for a response from the Devs, that is if they actually don't blow you off and say that nothing is wrong

You've got to be kidding me, so basically I need to reroll completely and remater my professions and do all those themepaks, and get all those POI's again..
Chalk another one up for the great dev team.
Guess some of us aren't meant to be jedi.. I'll just stick to killing them I guess, since they will get severly gimped in the CU.

Datapad dissapears when u use it, but what will happen if I destroy the force crystal?

Don't report it as a bug, unless you want to wait a while. Create a Customer Service Ticket and within 24 hours, a CSR will respond to your ticket and let you know what to do. Sometimes, they'll come in-game and fix it for you, other times you'll be speaking with them in-game and they fix it as you are speaking.
For now though, try destroying the kreetles and the lair, then driving out of range.. maybe 200 meters, then come back and see if they have spawned.

The old man should visit you again if you destroy your force crystal, He may then give you a new WP . . .

Can't you just destroy the datapad. Normally the old man should then visit you again.
