Thread: Have to do Mellichae in the CU :(

Finished my last box on Monday, waited all night on Tuesday and the old man didn't show, so now I'll be doing Mellichae when the servers come back with the CU. I hope I didn't just waste seven months to get stuck with an impossible exit quest 
Still if I hadn't spent over 24 hours grinding at the weekend I wouldn't even have gotten all my boxes filled 
I wasn't bothered about the CU since I knew I would have unlocked by May 5th, but now its all messed up.
If anyone on Corbantis is up for trying Mellichae in the CU let me know, guessing I'll need a lot of help.

they wont make it impossible, theCU was about making the game more balanced, not removing the ability to kill high end mobs, bring a well prepared group, and im pretty certain youll walk it, even after the CU

I can imagine the pain bro....I too was expecting the 5th of may only to get a shock last week for 26th April.
Luckily I was able to grind out by late Sunday evening and got visited by the old fool yesterday.
Ive seen how tough Mellichae is in the combat we're all used to so if the rumours are correct.....get some jedi mates to help you out.
I wanted to complete the 16 padawan trails before the servers went down but managed to get 8 done (in 6hours, some quests are a bit buggy, spawns inside houses etc) so atleast I got the Training Saber crafted.....I guess like you....will have to wait to see how this plays out.

Did the exit quest yesterday morning it was bugged but got mell killed first and started paddy trials logout 5 min before server shutdown,got all but two trials done and have only 50 jedi xp now.
This may have been almost the worst time to unlock ,will find out thursday, will make an alt as well and find out if Live is as bad as TC was for starting out.

Tiaan, I'm there with ya. I knew I'd be done getting all the scouting xp necessary to fill my last box and a half of luck by May 5th. Needless to say because I work on weekends I didn't get a chance to finish. So not only will I be doing my exit quest in the CU, I'll first have to finish my last couple of boxes of Luck. You're not alone. I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who have to face this as well, and I'm sure there's plenty of people out there who will help you with your exit quest.

i'll probably be in the same boat as the rest of you lot as well, although it'll be much further down the line i'll be ending up doing the exit quest a few months after the cu

Atleast you dont have to wait till Phase IV, and you dont have to fight off the Sith Thugs etc during the raids. I will have to fight them with the new system

no worries though, if ou got some support it'll be fine....look on the bright side, you don't need buffs

No, but you're definitely going to want them. If not, your mind/action pools are going to be gone in no time.
I'm right there with you. I need one more quest (melee defense) to unlock. See you all at the village!

I have to kill him too. At 10:15 PM PDT I completed my last FS branch. I now have 6 of 6 complete Branches. The FORCE was with me on Tuesday I capped 12 times and finished it off with 45 to spare before the CURB. I will be waiting for the Old Man tonight. If you get a visit from him tonight count me in to help you out. I will also be bringing a GANK SQUAD of Riflemen and Jedi to help us out.
My Template will be M.TKA/M.Swords/M.Brawler
Zorbaccas' Template M.Rifleman/M.Commando/Squad_Leader
Simple Rules.
1. Riflemen use Conceal shot on the Green Crystals First - Take Them Out
2. Riflemen use Conceal shot on the Red Crystals Second - Take Them Out
3. Riflemen and Commandos take out Thugs and Pirates with DoT Attacks.
4. Jedi's Concentrate on Millanchie once All Crystals are taken down.

Unfotunately I am in the UK, so the CU doesn't go live till 2am for me, so I will be logging in for the first time on Thursday at about 6pm GMT, so that is when I will be looking for help
