I don't suppose anyone can confirm whether the Ranged Accuracy and Speed trees in Combat Prowess are still broken and/or whether Melee Accuracy and Speed still effect both Ranged and Melee.

They are broken. It was the first tree I tried as a Range Profession and the dropped out of the FS Village Grind for 4 months aand picked up th Uber PvE Template MasterSwordsman/Master Doctor and finished the Grind in 7 weeks.
