The two kinds of resource drops that dont stack, are they worth picking up?

yes there worth keeping if ur going to do crafting quests for thie village.

I dont plan on doing any of them, is there a market for them sales wise?

no that i no of ppl just sell them on the bazzar for about 1000-2000 creds
