Thread: Question about unlocking fs skills?

Can u unlock more then one skill per phase or do if i need to skills from 1 phase i have to wait till it cycles back to the same phase/
My problem is i want two things from phase 3 ranged defense and meele speed or accuracy cant remember each one. so does this mean in order for me 2 get both i have to wait like 12 weeks?

You can do the tour and unlock ALL the quests 
I'm doing that now, but I might just end up giving up on some of them

You cannot unlock all the quests. it is only one per phase.

I know that.......16 phase changes......
IN other words...do a quest every 3-4 weeks.
