have u done another quest this phase? or get the box he gives u? if so then u can't do another quest till next phase and u can't do the same quest twice

I have nov. combat prowess, i've talked to just about everyone at the village...but when I try to talk to dageerin for my melee speed quest, he just says "thank you for helping our village, I have heard of the good work you're doing" and keeps walking. Im annoyed. Help?

You may have to talk to Capt. Sarguilla (sp?) before talking to Dageerin. Have you done that?

or you did a quest this phase already and you need the phase to change. Haveing already done the quest before will also give you that message as someone else wrote.
