whats the actual quest for heightened sense luck?, i have tons of xp pooled in & was thinkin bout doin this one but not sure what the quests are since im no crafter or anything. so if the mish have anything to do with crafting i dont want to get the short end of the stick but the luck would come in handy

There is a really great guide which lists the missions and which phase they are in, even waypoints / names of the trainers.

The quest itself was very easy. All you have to do is find a certain % of a few resources, mine 1, then return it to him. However, you MUST HAVE Novice Artisan to do so. So if you have a 250 Skill Point Template without it, you'll have to drop 15 skill points to get Artisan.
