Thread: Phase 3: melee acceracy question

in order to get the focused crystal i need to do it with a friend i understand. What i'd like to know is do we have to do the entire quest together or just end.

Also, does that person need to be doing the same quest?

Yes you both must be grouped BEFORE you accept the mission from the capt. One to take the shields down and the other to escort the commander. It is a pain and was screwed up at launch of the CU as the commander just walks and either despawns or dies before reaching it back. Hope it gets fixed before phases shift.

It hasn't been fixed and I wouldn't expect it to be fixed before it comes around again on live (this week or next week). We did phase 3 on TC a couple of weeks ago. The guy walks very slowly and doesn't like to climb hills but we were able to complete the quest. You just have to do some planning.
