Thread: No help csr deletes ticket dagreens done not gotten update

On starsider along with Kappo and Pupi thanks yall completed dagreens phase three once again my crystal does not reflect i have finished it even though Dagreen told me i unlocked
Turning in tickets no use they get deleted, csr no help chat csr no help
Last phase my vehicle control did not get updated either
Yall i don't know what else to do ??????????????????

Did you get the reward and are you able to train?
If so, then I wouldn't worry about it, if you aren't, what does your journal say? Does it have you stuck at some point in the quest?

this is the key here, as long as you are able to train the branch and get the reward (if there is supposed to be one) then it doesnt matter what your crystal or quest journal says, you have unlocked the tree, period.
If you cant train the branch or did not get a reward you were supposed to get then there is an issue and you should stay on the CSRs for a fix

Acsr did contact me in game, went to paeos and it seems his memory problem is fixed now and all my unlocks are showing up /cheer
