Thread: Did not get my sunriders destiny crystal reward

But my friend who was grouped with me got both rewards the crystal and the mind one for being grouped yet i was the only person with him in the group and helped him.
I have spoken to CSR(s) and they just closed my ticket or replied the devs know about this issue and you will be awarded with it upon its fixing.
Can someone verify me this r they talking bull and they can give me a crystal right?

It sounds as though you either a) didn't drop the shield and kill 5 sith or b) capture the commander. Each of you has to do one of those, if one person does both you will not get credit.

No we definately done both and i was told i will recieve my reward so what should i do?
I think i may have bugged it because i looted the sith aswell and then got a waypoint to a base but his was closer so we done his. Think that could of done it and shud i keep begging CSRs to give me the crystal as the reward?

read jimbones reply carefully, EACH of you have to do one of the things to get credit, if ONE does BOTH even though you are grouped, the other wont get credit

Did you take the mission from the capt or just help your friend. Many have thought before that as long as they were in the group and helped they would also get the credit/rewards. If your friend got the shield mission, you should have taken the commander portion or vice versa. If he did both, you wont get anything from it.

You said that the CSRs said that they knew about the issue and would award you with one once it was fixed...so why keep bugging them. It sounds like you got the answer you're after. Either wait it or or attempt it again after taking the advice of the above posts. Follow the quest directions in the stickies carefuly.
