I'd venture Bounty Hunter.
You can max out Carbine, Rifle, and Pistol with it.
If your 2nd mastery is one of those 3, for example rifle...
900k pistol
900k carbine
1.2 million rifle
Not sure the combat max on those 3, but that should allow you to bring the most combat prowess, and enhanced reflexes XP back to the Village, if you're needed other kinds of XP, dont know what to tell you.

master bounty hunter and master ranger.
mbh pistols 900,000 (unless you specialize by taking m.pistoler then the cap is 1,200,000.)
mbh carbines 900,000 (unless you specialize by takingm.carbiner then the cap is 1,200,000.)
mbhrifles 900,000 (unless you specialize by takingm.rifleman then the cap is 1,200,000.)
mbh combat 900,000
master ranger scout 1,200,000
capping all these skills and exchaning the xp for force xp will gain you 550,000 force xp

Combat(3:1 Trade)
75k Scout
