Ok, so here's whats happend:

I was killing the 6th of 8 quests, finishing for the day...and I died. Log off out of minor frustration, and get on a little later to try again. my quest journal says 6/8 and Dageerin just says "good luck with destroying that camp" and my radiation sensor just says "weak signal" no matter where I go.

Am I bugged?

The NGE is a decent start. Now lets bring the rest of the worlds up to par with Tatooine and Mustafar
