okay so i get the visit from the old man and a day later the sith attack i kill them myself and personally loot the courpse now i have the datapad but it says i need to loot the item before extracting any info from it so what do i do how am i supposed to get the waypoint and continue the quest

If you were incapacitated by them, you have to wait for another old man visit, as you failed to protect the force crystal.

Those dudes are pretty high level, at least the pair that attacked one of my customers. He was level 57 anf they were 77 and 75. They incapped him in one shot.

He hopped on his swoop and sped away, leaving the sith standing around outside my shop, scaring away my noob customers. My GF and I had to go out and kick their butts because they would not despawn. Can't have any sith roaming around the hood, is isn't good for the property values.

Are these guys always that high level now?

Yes. That is why I told the old man no right now...I just got to lvl 40. I became FS at lvl 32.

yes they are always level 75+ its a good idea for both fighting the sith and FS grinding to become level 80 first.

I have a question to see if anyone has tried this.

Has anyone had thier faction standing on when the SIth attack? I was thinkingof just sitting around the emporers palace for them..since I never know when I am grouped. If it follows the norm then if I get attacked with Imperial faction on around a group of stormtroopers then they will attack the Sith as well. Allowing me a chance to survive the battle.
