Thread: For those that got unlocked by a CSR for the phase 4 bug and it was your last line

If you got unlocked by a CSR and it was your last line and you completed. Has anyone seen the old man.
It will probably be a longer wait since so many are unlocking but I am curious to make sure that this unlock did not mess up the old man visit.
Call me and others paranoid but I would like to know if any has seen him to make sure. Many that I have talked to in game brought this up and we are just curious.
It would assure quite a few people to know that this intervention did not stall anything.

Along the same lines. i got mine unlocked, got the system messege. For some reason though it does not apear in my quest log it was unlocked. I dont have the stored up xp yet, im a lazy slow grinder. Just wanted to make sure. Since you were able to fill it im guessing i wont have a problem.

I was able to fill the line,, I had all the xp banked. We just want to know that the old man visit happens since the intervention.

Dont think he will take more than 2 days - do the shuttle and walking around player cities thing

Well, when I finished the Village, the Old Man took just about 20 to 22 hours to visit me.
I unlocked the last branch, filled it with xp, and it was around 1:00.
I then proceeded to run around and grind out some TKM, doing a lot of huurton missions and the like. I then went back to a player city on Lok, and shuttled roughly 10 times total (which is a LOT easier with lower shuttle waits). I then went into my house and logged out.
The next morning, I logged in at about 9:30 - still in my house. I ran around for about 5 to 15 minutes (usually he shows up within 15 minutes of your login, between my guildmates and I we all agree on this fact - after 20 minutes, he's not gonna just appear most likely).
I realized I'd logged in while in a house, and I knew the Old Man wasn't showing up this login, so I went and sat on the ground in front of my house, logged out, and logged back in. It was about 10:00 by then. After logging in, it took about 5 minutes for the Old Man to appear. So roughly 21 hours after filling my xp up, he showed up. And only when I sat outside the house and logged out/back in - but again that could be because I'd passed some invisible timeframe as to when he would show up.

I have all 6 branches taken care of (thanks to the CSR who unlocked melee d for me) and I'm waiting for the old man. I will definately post here if/when I see him. I finished my template around 5PM yesterday, however, I've been grinding fencer in the meantime... so I might take a longer time than others.

The old man will see you when the time is right. It does not matter if you are in combat or visiting cities.
I was grinding Huurton Stalker Lairs for an hour straight, and while I was in the middle of doing a mission (lair) he walked right up to me. I hoped like hell he would stick around till I killed all the huurtons....and I was lucky enough he did.
Old man visited me12 hours after being glowy, and did not change my game play at all. I did not shuttle around or waste time standing in a city.
He will come when it is time...patience

Seriously why waist time doing all those bs so called tricks. You waited this long to unlock all the phases and everything....whats two more days max? gimme a break.

Just got a visit from the old man.. around 25 hrs after I unlocked my last branch. I am now on the padawan trials... WayFar, Tat here I come...

The old manvisitedme real fast. I got the CSR fix at 1pm during lunch time. I filled up all 6 braches with my banked xp and logout. Around 8pm, I was home again andlogin to grind TKA doingquenker missions on dant. The old man suddenly appeared next to the lair. Just prayed he would stick around till I complete my mission.He did and I get my waypoint to the millechae's camp.

Just take it in strides, it will come.
Btw, NONE of the tricks work, its just luck that it happened to the players, just have fun, he comes eventually, cant be sped up by porting..

LOL its amazing how threads get distorted as they go down.
All I wanted to know is if anyone who was fixed by a CSR had seen the ol dman since the CSR fix, not how long it will take

The question at hand and what folks are worried about is: If you get unlocked by CSR will your visit from the old man be bugged. Has anyone been unlocked by a CSR and actually had the old man visit them.
