Has anyone completed the repair quest this phase and received the reward? When I talked to the Chief Engineer, I didn't get one.

No, my inventory was not full but one of the tasks was not updated properly. I noticed after I turned in the core that it said I hadn't talked to the gadget specialist when I had. I asked our server CSR about it, and he said they removed the reward from the game. I guess I should PM one of the community people about it.
